It was close to other bars and some restaurants in close proximity. the apartment was also set out in quite pleasant surroundings, with gardens and fountains.

The lock in the toilet did not close and the small boiler meant that you had to wait a long time for the water to heat up, making it difficult for two people to take turns washing. the location was pretty far from the center and the lake.
